Is it hard to set up?+
No. We handle the configuration and launch of your page — you get a ready, working system on your own subdomain. The panel is simple enough for your whole team to use.
Is this GDPR compliant?+
Yes. The system collects all required consents (terms, privacy policy, a separate consent for health data), and ID numbers are encrypted with AES-256. Every client has a separate database.
Can parents enroll from their phone?+
Yes — the form is designed for mobile. The whole enrollment is three short steps that take a few minutes.
How do payments work?+
Parents pay however they like — bank transfer, cash, whatever. You mark the payment in the panel with one click. Zumpo automatically sends a confirmation and reminds about the balance — by email or SMS. No commission on enrollments; the money goes straight to you.
Is summer and winter billed separately?+
No. One annual subscription covers both seasons — summer day camps and winter break. And if you run anything multi-day during the year — workshops, trips, events — feel free to use the same system. It handles any format with a date and enrollments.
Who owns the collected data?+
You do. Every organizer gets a separate instance and database — your data never mixes with other companies' data.
Can I send marketing messages to participants?+
Yes — but only to those who gave consent during enrollment. The panel shows you exactly who did. With one click, export the list of addresses to your email tool of choice — Mailchimp, Freshmail, or even plain Outlook.
